Loacation: Latvia

Golden Hours Event

August 11-15, 2025

About

Join us for an unforgettable photography retreat in Latvia—a hidden gem in Northeast Europe where natural beauty meets cultural heritage. The Golden Hours Event is named for its focus on capturing the most magical times of day: sunrise and sunset. With early starts (around 5 AM for sunrise) and late finishes (around 9 PM for sunset), this event is tailored for those seeking to create stunning, ethereal imagery. Midday hours will be reserved for rest and rejuvenation, allowing participants to recharge between shoots.
Prepare for adventure, as this event includes moderate hiking and may even feature canoeing. Our locations highlight Latvia’s breathtaking landscapes, including sand caves, cliffs, rivers, beaches, and lush forests. With over 50% of its territory covered by forests, Latvia is a verdant paradise offering endless photographic inspiration. This unique country’s rich cultural heritage and untouched nature make it an exceptional destination for photography.

This is a 2:1 shooting ratio event, where two photographers work together, collaborating and assisting each other to photograph one model, fostering creativity and offering diverse perspectives for your portfolio.
